Return and Refund Policy
Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Overview
At Beer Can Candle Company, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
2. Exceptions
While products are nonrefundable, we will make exceptions in the following cases:
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery.
- To process your claim, contact us at hello@beercancandles.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Approved cases will be replaced at no additional cost to you.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Because of the nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or accept returns for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
- Accidental orders.
- Items listed as final sale.
